Nature and content of the contract Coaching means encouraging people to do what they have always dreamed of doing. The coach guides you to a freer, more self-determined life The contracts concluded with the contractor are service contracts, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The object of the contract is the provision of the agreed services, not the achievement of a specific result. Every lecture, seminar, training, coaching, intervention and consulting service provided by the Contractor is a pure service within the meaning of §§ 611 ff. BGB.
