About me:

I started my professional career as an engineer (precision and microengineering) but have always worked as a technical journalist. To this day, I cover topics such as electronic production and research and development as well as automotive engineering and supply chain management, to name a few. As a journalist, I am also responsible for the content of technical conferences where I set the agenda on automotive topics, e.g. act as a key account for the industry experts and moderate the event on site.

A few years ago, I also worked as a press spokesman for a stock corporation for several years. Having been in contact with the industry for more than 25 years now, I am familiar with all types of companies and the different challenges associated with different jobs. These insights are a huge benefit for my coaching work. One of my great passions for almost 20 years has been working as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. One day – and thanks to the many different teachers I have been fortunate enough to experience throughout my trainer career – I noticed the connection between physical and mental strength. I studied psychology and mental aspects of training … and life. In fact, I am used to transforming both mindset and posture during my coaching to impact your well-being. In 2020, the Covid19 pandemic hit the world and brought me closer to spirituality in life: Who am I? What are my beliefs, my values? What do I long for? Do my current occupations fulfill me anymore?

This kind of self-leadership is always the basis of any leadership. And so, leadership is connected to spirituality. For me, spirituality means finding answers to your questions within you and not in the outside world, as religions like Catholicism might would like to tell us. Spirituality gives us strength, clarity and creativity to face the challenges of daily life. Practical, down-to-earth, efficient – that’s how I would describe my work. Let’s walk the path to spiritual leadership together – with joy, self-confidence, and ease. In fact, I am used to transforming both mindset and posture during my coaching to impact your well-being.
